Unlocking growth and opportunities

Australian rural industries operate in a complex and dynamic environment. We are facing a hungrier world, choosier customers and transformative technologies which will change the way food and fibre products are made.

In this May newsletter, we reveal the 26 rural industries that can meet the demands of this operating environment as well as make a strong contribution to Australia's economy.

We also highlight our AgriFutures™ Rural Women’s Award national finalists. Seven exceptional women have been recognised for their contribution to our rural industries and regional communities.

We have also shared a number of research and development (R&D) highlights across our rural industries. It's exciting to see the practical outcomes which come out of investment into research, innovation and learning initiatives.

Please stay up to date with our
latest news and events and we look forward to sharing more updates with you next month.
